Free Shipping:
- We are pleased to offer free shipping from our warehouses located across the USA.
Shipping Time:
- Our estimated shipping time is 2-8 business days, not including an additional 1-3 days for processing your order.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided during the order process.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that due to our free shipping service, tracking information may not always be available. In cases where tracking is provided, it may take 1-3 business days for the information to update. If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.
Multiple Purchases:
- For logistical reasons, multiple items in the same purchase will unfortunately be sent in separate packages. This is due to our products being stored at multiple different warehouses across the US. This will not affect the shipping charges as all shipping is free, but they will arrive at your shipping address on different dates and times.
Exclusions:
- Please be aware that all shipping times exclude clearance and customs delays.
